This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office rejecting claims 9, 10, and 11 of appellants' application No. 450,149, filed August 16, 1954, for "Planograhic Printing Plate."

Claims 7-11, which appellants had substituted for finally rejected claims 1-5, were originally before the board for its consideration. The board's rejection of claims 7 and 8, on the ground of double patenting over claims...
