This is an appeal from a judgment and decree quieting title to approximately 320 acres in Liberty County, Montana, in the appellants, hereinafter called plaintiffs, subject, among other things, to certain landowners' oil and gas royalties found and concluded by the court to be owned by certain of the respondents, hereinafter called defendants.
