McALLISTER, Circuit Judge.

Appellants were convicted of devising a scheme to defraud by means of interstate wire, in violation of Title 18 U.S. C.A., § 1343,1 and of conspiring to commit such offense. They were found guilty by a verdict of the jury and sentenced on five counts to a total imprisonment of ten years and a fine of $10,000. The verdict was supported by the evidence.
