This appeal is rather unusual, in that Howell L. Martin, appellant, who was awarded compensation under the Workmen's Compensation law, Ark.Stats. § 18-1301 et seq. (because of a finding that he was injured in the course of his employment), is endeavoring to establish that he was not injured during the course of his employment, and is accordingly not covered under the Compensation Act.
