In this proceeding, Taney County, Missouri, condemned a right of way for a county road across the lands of the defendants, Fred and Norene Addington. The commissioners awarded defendants the sum of $400 as damages and each party filed exceptions. A trial in the circuit court resulted in a verdict and judgment for defendants in the sum of $2,000.
