The appeals are principally concerned with (1) the question of whether there was causal negligence of Carl Laughnan in the management and control of his automobile; (2) whether Carl Laughnan violated the terms of his insurance policy, issued by Shelby Mutual Casualty Insurance Company, by a failure to co-operate with his insurer in the defense of the actions and thereby released his insurer from its contract; (3) whether the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company...
