Dunlap, Jr., to recover for personal injuries suffered in a collision between a taxicab owned and operated by the defendant, Peoples Checker Cab Company, a corporation, driven at the time of the accident by the defendant, Harlan G. Andrew, and an automobile driven by the defendant, Bobby Gene Shook. The collision in which plaintiff was injured occurred at a street intersection...
