This is a suit for personal injuries sustained in a collision between a panel truck operated by plaintiff, and a tractor-trailer operated for defendant. The prayer of the petition was for $75,000. Plaintiff sustained serious injuries, but it will be unnecessary to discuss them here. The accident occurred on Highway 54 about a mile south of Mexico, Missouri, on July 1, 1952.
