Appellants owned certain real estate in St. Louis County and executed a deed of trust on said property to L. Earl Kraeger as trustee for the benefit of Esther Kolb to secure a promissory note in the sum of $6,800. Appellants defaulted and the real estate was sold by the trustee on April 30, 1955, according to the provisions of the deed of trust. The property was bid in at the trustee's sale for $7,050.10 by Roy L. Huffman for Alice Huffman...
