The award of workmen's compensation totalling $14,000, at $28 per week, herein reviewed, was to James B. Monday, hereinafter referred to as claimant, for permanent and total disability he suffered as a result of injuries he received when a truck he was driving collided with a truck driven by a stranger to the proceedings.
