In this appeal from a summary judgment of the trial court in favor of the individual appellees and against appellant in an interpleader suit in which the plaintiff National Bank was a mere stakeholder, we are faced in limine with a jurisdictional question. This question, posed because of the citizenship of the claimants, though foreshadowed and at least partially answered in principle in three cases from this circuit, Dugas v. American Surety...
