On the alternative grounds of fraud and of mutual mistake, the government brought this suit to cancel Patent No. 2,509,042 for an Electric Analyzer For Fluid-Distribution Systems, issued to defendant May 23, 1950 on an application made April 5, 1948 by Malcolm S.
