The plaintiffs in all three cases are retired officers of the United States Naval Reserve. They were retired pursuant to section 6 of the Act of February 21, 1946, 60 Stat. 26, 27, 34 U.S.C.A. § 410b* each of them having had more than 20 years of active service. Their retired pay was computed on the formula prescribed in section 7 of the same statute, 34 U.S.C.A. § 410c.** The formula...
