John Herbert Wallace and Esther Mae Wallace, husband and wife, filed this action in June, 1954 against A. Lee Williams and Ola Williams, husband and wife. The plaintiffs filed an original petition, an amended-supplemental petition, and then a re-cast amended petition. The defendants presented a demurrer to the last petition, as follows:
