This is an appeal from a judgment and decree quieting title to certain described land consisting of 320 acres in Jefferson County.

Respondent, plaintiff in the court below, filed a complaint, joining several defendants, including appellants herein. Other defendants were defaulted, the appellants herein answering the complaint, denying respondent's title and by cross-complaint seeking to quiet title in themselves.
