This suit was brought in the Circuit Court of Tallahatchie County by Mrs. Dois Prewitt against Bobby Gene Walker, a minor, and also against his father and mother for the recovery of damages for serious and permanent personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Prewitt when an automobile driven by Bobby Gene Walker on a side street in the City of Cleveland, Mississippi, ran past a stop sign at a high rate of speed, without stopping or slowing down, and struck broadside...
