OLIVER, Justice.

The will of Festus Tague who died in 1935, directs payment of debts, etc., and recites:

"2:—I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Minnie Tague all of the property, both real and personal wherever the same may be found, of which I shall die seized or possessed; she having full and sole control over all the property of which I shall die seized or possessed with full power to sell and convey the same by deed or otherwise, or to encumber...
