The New Orleans Insurance Exchange, a private association of 130 insurance agencies1 which control approximately three-fourths2 of the fire, casualty and surety3 insurance business in the New Orleans area,4 is charged in these proceedings with violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.5
