The plaintiff herein, Minrose Hat Co., Inc., instituted suit against the defendants for damages which it alleged resulted from negligent construction of a certain mold to be used by contractors engaged by the plaintiff to manufacture plastic handbags, and by negligent handling of the mold during manufacture.
