In this case, the plaintiff, William A. Williams brought an action on a claim against the estate of Silas M. Wilson, deceased, for services claimed to have been performed by the claimant for the decedent. The claim was rejected and hence an action was filed in the municipal court. The case was heard by the court sitting without a jury and judgment was for the defendant and the plaintiff has appealed.
