Appellant seeks compensation from his employer, Robert E. McKee Company and the insurer, Mountain States Mutual Casualty Company, under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1953 Comp. § 59-10-1 et seq., for an accidental injury allegedly arising out of and in the course of his employment.
