Plaintiffs are the owners of a parcel of land located in the township of Sand Beach, Huron county. Their lot is contiguous on the north to land of the defendants. A dispute having arisen as to the exact location of the boundary line, plaintiffs brought this action in ejectment for the purpose of determining the matter, alleging that defendants were wrongfully occupying a portion of their lot.
