This action, brought against Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., and Sigmund Heftman for their alleged libel of the plaintiff corporation, was removed to the district court by reason of diverse citizenship. There Heftman was dismissed as a party defendant, and, after a jury trial, judgment was rendered against Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., for compensatory and punitive damages.
