On report. This is a criminal case originating in the Superior Court, within and for the County of Lincoln. The Grand Jury returned an indictment at the May Term, 1956 charging the respondent, Norman McKinnon, in two counts with (1) hunting game on a game preserve, and (2) having in his possession a firearm, to wit, a shotgun, while on the game preserve. By stipulation, the case is reported to the Law Court...
