JANVIER, Judge.

The Collector of Revenue of the State of Louisiana has appealed suspensively from a judgment of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans ordering the said Collector to issue to Sherman Lanier a state beer permit so that the said Lanier may sell liquor containing less than 6 per cent of alcohol by volume at the premises located at 1411 St. Charles Avenue, in the City of New Orleans.
