The question before the court at this time in the above-entitled cause is on the motion of defendants to dismiss the complaint filed herein upon the grounds and for the reasons set forth in the answer to said complaint, which is in substance to the effect that of the approximately 45,000 acres sought to be made available for irrigation under the condemnation proceedings, about 21,000 acres consists of lands owned by members of the Crow Tribe of Indians...
