Caleb Newsome was convicted in the Pike Circuit Court of having carnal knowledge of a female under 18 years of age, and was sentenced to a term of three years in the penitentiary. On October 22, 1954, his conviction was affirmed by this Court, and on February 4, 1955, a petition for rehearing was denied. Newsome v. Commonwealth, Ky., 274 S.W.2d 484.
