Defendant has appealed from a judgment awarding plaintiff an undivided one-half interest in certain properties, directing him to execute and deliver documents to effectuate the transfer of said interest to her, enjoining him meanwhile from making any other disposition of the property, and awarding her the sum of $1,000 and costs of suit.
