Rand, Richard Rand, and Bernadine Ullman; Capital Trust and Savings Bank of St. Paul, a corporation; the unknown heirs of Carl Ringdahl, deceased; and all persons unknown, claiming any estate or interest in, or lien or encumbrance upon the property described in the complaint, Defendants, and Nadine Lesem Rand, Defendant and Appellant.

This is an action to quiet title to the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township One Hundred Sixty-three (163), North of Range Ninety-seven (97) West. Plaintiff claims to be the owner in fee simple. He asked that the defendants set forth their claims and that the same be declared null and void.

The only defendant who answers is Nadine L. Rand. She makes a general denial and counterclaims that she is the owner of the premises...
