Alice Miner died on May 25, 1956. She had executed her last will and testament on April 18, 1956, by the terms of which she gave her husband, Davis Miner, a described city lot in Albany, Georgia. She also gave a described city lot to each of the following persons: Sallie Gordon, Mary Ann Richardson, Walter Smith, Rosa Lee Brooks, and Martha Ella Sapp. She gave the rest of her estate in equal parts to all of the devisees named above.
