Waddill, both deceased, seeking reimbursement from such estate, under the provisions of Article 3196a, Vernon's Ann. Civ.St., for the support, maintenance and treatment furnished Johnnie Waddill, son of Ella and John S. Waddill, by the State Hospital System.
