Plaintiff instituted this action against the defendant to recover the sum of $1,613.98, with 5 percent per annum interest thereon from December 1, 1953, until paid, together with 10 percent additional on both principal and interest as attorney's fees, and for recognition of its lien and privilege covering an oil, gas and mineral lease of the defendant on the NW¼ of NE¼, Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 1 East, together with the oil well...
