The bill of complaint in this case was filed by Kenneth A. Weller against Irene Weller, his divorced wife, to quiet title in certain real estate in Presque Isle county and for a decree declaring plaintiff to be the owner of said lands. From a decree granting plaintiff the relief prayed for upon condition that he pay defendant a certain sum of money, the defendant appeals and plaintiff cross-appeals.
