Plaintiff (respondent), Beverly Cecelia Gray, is the minor daughter of the deceased, Cecil Gray, and Lucy Gray (respondent, guardian ad litem). Cecil Gray and Lucy Gray were divorced in June, 1951. Cecil Gray and Agnes Gray (defendant-appellant) married December 14, 1951, divorced September 11, 1952, and remarried January 2, 1953, and remained married up to the death of Cecil Gray, February 9, 1954...
