PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was charged in an information with the crime of desertion and abandonment of wife and children in violation of Section 731.1 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty. Upon trial to a jury he was found guilty as charged and it was adjudged that he be imprisoned in the penitentiary for not more than one year, and pay the costs. Defendant appealed.
