PER CURIAM.
In this case the Court of Civil Appeals has reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded the cause for retrial on the sole ground that the verdict in the amount of $10,000 awarded to the plaintiff in the trial court is excessive and contrary to the overwhelming weight of the evidence.
