YEAGER, Justice.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries which was commenced by Herman E. Hansen, plaintiff and appellant, against Don Henshaw, defendant and appellee, in the district court for Dakota County, Nebraska.

The action was tried to a jury. A verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff for $2,150. At the close of plaintiff's evidence and again at the close of all of the evidence the defendant moved for a directed verdict in his favor...
