In this case John H. Biggs, Jr., and Eva F. Biggs, his wife, hereinafter called appellees, sought to enforce specific performance of a contract dated May 4, 1953, by which George C. Georgiades, hereinafter called appellant, contracted to buy from them two lots of land. Appellant denied that he was obligated to accept and pay for the lots.
