On December 21, 1955, the Clerk of this Court received a copy of an order entered by the Supreme Court of the United States on November 14, 1955, 350 U.S. 891, 76 S.Ct. 151, in which it was ordered and adjudged "that the judgment of the said Supreme Court of Appeals, in this cause be, and the same is hereby, vacated", and further ordering that the cause be "remanded to the Supreme Court of Appeals in order that the case may be returned to the Circuit Court...
