This is an original proceeding based upon an information filed in this court by the Bar Committee of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Missouri. The information charged respondent, a duly licensed attorney at law and a member of the bar of this state, with certain acts of professional misconduct as therein specified, alleged that he was an unfit person to practice law in this state and prayed the court to appoint a special commissioner to take testimony...
