Appellant sued the appellee in this case for a divorce, division of property and for the custody of four minor children born to the parties. Trial was to the court without a jury. Appellee's pleadings, as of the time the evidence was introduced upon the trial and as of the time the parties rested their cases, embodied a general denial only. The trial judge took the case under advisement, but the following day summoned the attorneys for the parties...
