PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged by indictment by the Polk County grand jury with the crime of arson, in violation of section 707.01 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. He entered a plea of not guilty, and upon trial to a jury was found guilty as charged. He appeals from judgment duly entered upon the verdict.

The appeal is presented on the clerk's transcript of the record. We have reviewed it and find no reversible error. The judgment of the district court...
