Plaintiffs, as taxpayers of defendant city, seek to enjoin defendants from conveying, without consideration therefor, city property, used as a public park, to the United States government as a site for a reserve armory school. After hearing on a show cause order and on the merits a decree entered denying injunctive relief and dismissing plaintiffs' bill of complaint. They appeal.
