Porter for damages because of personal injuries which he alleges his wife sustained and because of damage done his automobile when, on August 21, 1954, in the city of Beaumont, his automobile, which he was driving, was in collision with a motor vehicle (a light wrecker) which was owned by Sutton Motor Company and was being driven by Porter...
