The original complaint herein stated a cause of action under Section 9(a) of the "Trading With The Enemy Act", Section 9(a) of Title 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, claiming a lien on certain property of the defendant-intervener which had been vested by a predecessor of the defendant under the provisions of the said Act. The basis of the claim was the reasonable value of services alleged to have been performed by him in the care of the said property...
