This is a suit in equity to settle a boundary line dispute. Sections 2 to 12, Title 47, Code.

Orris Helms owned a square area in the SE corner of SW ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 21, Township 11, Range 2 West. He sold to one Dunlap approximately three-fourths of an acre in the NW corner of that square, being 118 feet north and south and 150 feet east and west.
