SIMPSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of nonsuit suffered by the plaintiff after the court sustained the demurrers of the defendants to the complaint.

Suit arose out of an accident involving the automobile of the plaintiff and a truck owned by the defendant Compton while under lease to defendant Deaton Truck Line, Inc. The complaint as amended— Count A in simple negligence, Count B in wantonness—alleges that on December 4, 1953...
