This cause was initiated by a petition in the Probate Court of Jefferson County by a daughter of Mrs. Grace H. Wilkinson, deceased, seeking to have five alleged void decrees previously rendered by said probate court vacated, annulled, and expunged. These decrees consisted of one of August 19, 1942, adjudging Mrs. Wilkinson to be a person of unsound mind, a decree of August 19, 1942, granting letters of guardianship to Shuford B. Smyer over the estate...
