Plaintiff has been in the business of producing and selling cooking nuts for over twenty-five years under the style name of "Tas-T-Nut". In 1950 Weeks, owner of "Tas-T-Nut" and plaintiff brought action to prevent defendant from using their particular container which was a dispenser displaying nuts in a package about 6 inches...
