This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County dismissing plaintiff's petition in equity which sought a decree declaring unconstitutional and void Ordinance No. 282 of the defendant, City of Ladue, insofar as it restricts the use of plaintiff's property.
